2.4. Returns and Refunds: We do not exchange or refund physical products unless they are damaged or faulty. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you have any issues. See our Returns Policy for more information.

3. Downloadable Products

3.2. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the download link has been provided, unless the product is faulty.

4.1. Appointments: Booking services, such as consultations, must be scheduled in advance. Appointment times are subject to availability.

4.2. Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

4.3. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

5. Online and In-Person Event Bookings

5.1. Registration: To attend an event, you must register and pay the applicable fee in advance. Your registration is confirmed once payment is received.

5.2. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by Martine Robertson, a full refund will be provided.

5.3. Event Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to event details, including date, time, location, and content. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Online Courses and Course Content

6.1. Access and Use: Upon enrolment, you will receive access to the course content, which may include videos, workbooks, and other materials. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.2. Access: Once enrolled, you have access to the course content for as long as Martine Robertson is operational and trading. We reserve the right to update or modify the content at any time.

6.3. Refunds: Refunds for online courses are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact us.
