Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction. Please choose all items carefully, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the items are damaged or faulty.

For hygiene and quality reasons, and because all items are prepared to order, we are unable to exchange or refund kits, homeopathic remedies, creams, and elixirs unless the contents are incorrect or the goods are damaged.

Reporting Issues:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any claims, errors, damage, or discrepancies.

  • No returns will be processed without written authorisation from Martine Robertson.

Requesting Returns:

  • To request a return for either a refund or replacement, please contact us via our contact page.

  • Replacement of items and refunds are given at the discretion of Martine Robertson. We operate under the following guidelines: a) Refunds/credits apply to the cost of the item only. Postage paid will not be refunded unless the error is ours. b) After 14 days, the level of refund may be reduced. c) After 30 days, all orders are final, and refunds are not applicable.

Return Shipping:

  • If the error is ours, the cost of returns will be borne by Martine Robertson, and return postage costs will be included in the refund/credit.

Return Instructions:

  • Goods must be repacked carefully for return.

  • The package must include your order number, name, contact information, and the reason for the return.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders for homeopathics cancelled prior to shipment will incur a restocking charge on individually prepared items such as single/bulk remedies. This restocking charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
