  • Shipping Methods:

    • Martine Robertson uses Australia Post for shipping orders. Shipping methods available include standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping options.

    • Local pickup: we offer local pickup in the checkout for items collected from Coffs Harbour, NSW.

  • Order Processing:

    • Orders are processed and dispatched promptly within one to two business days of receiving payment. Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. 

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Shipping Address:

    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Martine Robertson is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Damaged Shipments:

    • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact Martine Robertson's customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

  • Lost Shipments:

    • In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please notify us promptly. We will initiate an investigation with Australia Post to locate your package or provide you with a replacement or refund.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched unless the error is ours or the product is damaged during transit. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

  • Shipping Updates:

    • Martine Robertson is committed to keeping you informed about the status of your shipment. Please track your order using the provided tracking information for real-time updates on delivery progress.

  • Delivery Confirmation:

    • A signature may be required upon delivery for certain high-value or sensitive shipments. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package if required.

  • International Shipping:

    • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country.
