Service Description

Each session will be $222 and include a remedy and postage for that remedy where ever you are. We will go for an hour via zoom or phone. Welcome to The Support Series - A collection of nine 1:1 sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, feeling overwhelmed, or moving through a deeper personal or spiritual shift. Each session offers a grounded, emotionally intelligent space to map what’s unfolding, understand the patterns at play, and support your next steps with practical insight and homeopathic guidance. 1. The Recalibration Session For when you feel “off” or unsettled. We map what’s shifting, clear the noise, and bring your nervous system back to a grounded, steady place. 2. The Becoming Session For stepping into a new version of yourself. We name what you’re shedding and what’s emerging, supporting you through this transition with clarity and intention. 3. The Mirror Session For navigating relationship dynamics, especially in motherhood. We decode behaviour as communication and bring awareness to unmet needs and patterns. 4. The Midlife Mapping Session For women moving through midlife or hormonal shifts. We map your current landscape and create a grounded, personalised pathway forward. 5. The Pattern Reading A direct, no-fluff session for clarity. We identify what’s rising, what’s falling away, and what’s truly yours to move forward with. 6. The Nervous System Reset For overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional loops. We identify triggers, support regulation, and help you return to a calmer, more stable state. 7. The Homecoming Hour For reconnecting to yourself. We explore where you’ve disconnected and gently guide you back to your body, intuition, and truth. 8. The Identity Shift Session For the “in-between” phase of change. We support you in understanding and holding the shift as you move into who you’re becoming. 9. The Portal Session For deeper spiritual or energetic transitions. We name the experience, explore its meaning, and help you anchor the transformation into your life.
