Many of the mixes I have created are super effective when we have not yet released the onion layer that created them in the first place. The constipation mix, the mucous mix, the sleep mix, hay fever mix etc get really amazing feedback. This mix is not different.

Before taking each dose, I invite you to succuss the remedy bottle gently.

Succussion is a traditional part of working with homeopathic remedies. It simply means giving the bottle a few firm taps into the palm of your hand before taking your dose.
