Welcome to 2026 — The Midpoint of a Decade That Is Reshaping Us

As we step into 2026, we find ourselves officially over the halfway mark of this extraordinary decade — a decade that has asked more of us, revealed more of us, and stretched more of us than many expected when the clock first turned to 2020. Growth, change, unravelling, revealing… it has all been part of the curriculum.
Looking back now, the end of 2025 feels like a crescendo we didn’t quite see coming. Many people shared that by September they felt steady, grounded, and finally catching their breath — and then, almost on cue, the sky opened. Eclipse season rolled in like a cosmic tide, followed by the 10/10, 11/11, and 12/12 gateways, each one acting like an activation launchpad. Those final months of the year had a way of illuminating whatever ego, pattern, or identity layer was still clinging on for dear life.
If you felt blindsided, stretched, cracked open, or strangely accelerated — you weren’t alone. And if you felt like you were doing “so well” and then suddenly weren’t — you weren’t alone in that either.
This is the nature of deep cycles. They don’t move in straight lines. They spiral, they surge, they reveal.
And just so you know — I’m not ascended yet either. That’s why I’m still here writing the monthly newsletter. Sometimes after meditation I do open my eyes a little slower, just in case I’ve been transported somewhere more celestial… but most days I’m still right here, living the beautifully messy, contradictory, miraculous ride that is the human experience.
What I have noticed, though, is that many of you who have been doing the inner work — the shadow work, the clearing, the boundary work, the identity shedding — are already standing in the energy of what 2026 is bringing. There is a sense of readiness, of spaciousness, of “I’ve done enough clearing to finally start building.”
This year feels less like collapse and more like construction. Less like shedding and more like stepping into. Less like survival and more like expression.

We are entering a phase where the work we’ve done is beginning to show — not just internally, but externally. The choices we make this year will land differently. The clarity we’ve earned will guide us differently. And the self we’ve been excavating will have more room to breathe.
2026 is not asking us to be perfect. It’s asking us to be present. To be willing. To be awake to the subtle shifts. To be honest about what we’re done with and what we’re ready for.
And most importantly — to remember that we are allowed to enjoy the ride.
I’m so glad to be back in clinic with you. Let’s walk this next chapter together.
