Here you'll find a beautifully curated collection of all the resources that support your Chakra Immersion journey. Guided meditations, audio recordings and other integration tools, this space is designed to make everything you need easy to access—whenever you need it.



Week 1 Stargate Resources

The Crown Chakra Portal Painting Journey A Sacred Painting Ceremony with Colleen


Opening & Intention Begin with a meditation to open the crown chakra (violet/white light streaming through). 


Set a soul-aligned intention: What wisdom am I ready to receive? Write your words of intention directly onto the canvas.

 

Layer One – Words of Intention Paint or write words that anchor your crown connection: clarity, unity, divine wisdom, love, expansion. Add any personal prayers or affirmations.

 

Layer Two – Crown Symbols Paint the crown chakra symbol (lotus, star, mandala, circle of light). Invite other intuitive symbols to arise—anything that wants to be seen.

 

Layer Three – Essence of Spirit Flow with watery, etheric colour washes. Choose one palette (cool or warm) to create harmony. Imagine this as the energy of Source flowing through your brush. 


Layer Four – Releasing into Freedom Paint lines, squiggles, marks, or gestures of release. Allow anything heavy or limiting to move onto the canvas. Affirm: I release what no longer serves, so I may rise. 


Layer Five – Sacred Structure Begin creating a grid, pattern, or structure that grounds your vision into form. Think of this as bridging heaven (crown wisdom) and earth (physical reality). Honouring space, time, and embodiment. 


Layer Six – Opening the Portal Add organic and symmetrical lines to form a gateway or opening. Let your canvas become a doorway of light to step through.


Layer Seven – Conversation with Colour Fill in the spaces like a sacred colouring book. Allow colours to support and activate the structure. Notice if new shapes or patterns want to emerge. 


Layer Eight – Wisdom in the Details Add outlining, highlights, shimmering accents, or delicate patterns. Take your time. Sit with the painting. Ask: What wisdom is this painting offering me? 


Closing & Integration Bow to your painting and thank it for being your portal. Seal the process with a final symbol or blessing. Journal on your insights: What guidance has my crown offered today? Place the painting somewhere visible to continue receiving its energy.
